Sinopsis

La Rioja. End of the 60’s. The Cortázar and the Reverte wineries have formed an alliance and they struggle to make a room for themselves in a market controlled with firm hand and unscrupulously by the Miranda winery. The patriarch of this family, Mr. Santiago Miranda, is an oppressive and overambitious despot who will not stop for no man.

As if the enmity between the Cortázar and the Miranda were not enough, something will make things worse. Elena, daughter of Alejandro Cortázar, and Luis, son of Santiago Miranda, fall in love hopelessly. They know none of their families would ever accept their relationship and so they only have one choice: run away together. But the Cortázar discover the intentions of Elena and decide to keep her away from Luis breaking the heart of the young Miranda.

Two years after her departure, Elena returns to attend to the wedding of her brother Vicente. It is time to clear things up and recover the past, although that will not be as easy as she expects it to be.

Betrayals, ploys, murders, hate and love. Two families confronted, a war of feelings and power.
